Delete your account and data

You can delete your account directly in the app. If you prefer, you can also request deletion by email below.

In the app

Available in the app

Open the app, go to your account settings and choose the delete option. This removes the account and its associated data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

By email

Email us from the address used for the account, to contato@dngx.com.br. State the account email and that you want it deleted; do not send a password or identity document in the first message.

Request by email

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the request and verify ownership through the registered channel.
  2. The account and associated data are deleted from active systems.
  3. We confirm completion or explain any required retention.
