How it works
Planning a trip should not become another project.
TripPad brings together what usually ends up scattered across messages, notes, spreadsheets and receipts. Every part of the trip has a clear place.
- 01
Step 1
Create the trip and build the route
Start with a name, origin, dates and currency. Add destinations and stages when the trip has more than one stop.
- Origin and multiple destinations
- Dates, currency and time zone per stage
- Upcoming and previous trips
- 02
Step 2
Build the itinerary
Add activities with date, time, place, booking details, notes and estimated cost to see each travel day.
- Activities grouped by day
- Time, address and confirmation
- Cost in the trip currency
- 03
Step 3
Divide the preparation
Use a personal list for your own items and a shared list for the group. Responsibilities show who owns each task.
- Personal checklist and reusable templates
- Shared trip checklist
- Owner and progress for each task
- 04
Step 4
Invite your travel group
Share an invitation link. Active participants can then follow the collaborative data for the same trip.
- Invitation by link
- Owner and participant roles
- Personal documents remain separate
- 05
Step 5
Record costs and settle balances
Add expenses, choose the split, attach receipts and mark payments. Balances show who needs to settle with whom.
- Equal, percentage or custom split
- Receipts and payment confirmation
- Personal budget and group balances
