The current beta does not offer a paid plan, subscription or in-app purchase.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TripPad, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors require authorization and supervision from a legal guardian.
3. Account and access
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for account activity except where caused by a failure attributable to TripPad.
4. Beta service
This version is offered for testing, learning and initial publication. Features may change, be unstable or be removed after reasonable notice. There is no paid plan, subscription or charge in this release.
5. Features
TripPad can organize trips, destinations, activities, checklists, responsibilities, participants, documents, expenses, budgets, currency and time zones as available in the installed version.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, malware distribution, unauthorized access, infrastructure overload or infringement of third-party rights.
7. User content
You keep rights to uploaded content and grant TripPad a limited permission to store, process and display it only to operate the service. You must have the right to add and share the information provided.
8. Group trips
The owner manages invitations and participants. Collaborative data may be viewed and changed by travelers according to their role. Review the group before adding shared information.
9. Documents and receipts
The vault supports personal travel files. Keep originals and an independent backup. TripPad does not replace official documents or guarantee acceptance by authorities or suppliers.
10. Expenses, budgets and currency
Splits, balances and budgets are organizational tools, not financial, collection or payment-intermediation services.
Rates and conversions are informational and may be delayed. Confirm values with your financial institution before a transaction.
11. Third-party services
Social sign-in, location data, notifications and other features may depend on third parties with their own terms. We do not control their availability or changes.
12. Intellectual property
The TripPad brand, software, design and original content are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property to users.
13. Availability and updates
We may perform maintenance, fix defects and require updates. We seek continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during beta.
14. Responsibility
TripPad is an organizational tool. Travel decisions, bookings, documents, payments, personal safety and destination rules remain the responsibility of users and contracted suppliers.
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict accounts for security risk, breach of these Terms or legal obligation, with notice when possible. You may close the account at any time through the available channels.
16. Law, changes and contact
Applicable law governs these Terms, preserving any mandatory consumer forum rights. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Contact: legal@trippad.app or support@trippad.app.
