License

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement grants a limited license to use TripPad. The app is licensed, not sold.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

For App Store distribution, Apple's Standard EULA also applies unless a custom agreement is registered on the platform.

1. License grant

We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use TripPad on devices you own or control, under the applicable store rules.

2. Scope

The license covers personal use of the app and available updates. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated here.

3. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, bypass controls, reverse engineer or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits.

4. Account and device

You are responsible for protecting your account and device. Use is also subject to Apple App Store or Google Play rules and operating-system terms.

5. Services and connectivity

Some features require internet, authentication and external services. Carrier data charges are your responsibility.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you add and authorize processing only to provide selected features, under the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

TripPad and its original elements belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This license does not transfer ownership.

8. Updates

We may provide fixes and new versions. Some updates may be required for security or service continuity.

9. Third-party services

Third-party components and services may have separate licenses and terms and depend on their providers' availability.

10. Privacy

Personal-data processing follows the TripPad Privacy Policy available on this website.

11. Warranties and limitations

The beta is provided as available within legal limits. We do not guarantee it will satisfy every travel need or operate without interruption. Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved.

12. Termination

The license ends if you breach this EULA or delete your account and remove the app. Provisions that should survive by nature remain in effect.

13. Platform terms

On the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA applies when no custom EULA is registered. Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries where required. Google Play terms also apply to Android distribution.

14. Law and contact

Applicable law governs while preserving mandatory consumer rights. License contact: legal@trippad.app.
